So the baby is is mimicking their mother tongue sounds. Same format, different phonetics.

All babies babble using sounds common to all languages between the ages of 3 – 6 months, then ‘home-in’ on the sounds used in the language used by the adults around them.

I’m guessing this baby is around one, so pretty much fluent in French from the sounds of it.

    3. Can I just point out how nice it was to think of the baby and not post their face.

      I liked this whole thing.

      Do Irish next.

    4. Gasp, I asked my boyfriend what language the baby was speaking without showing him the title (and neither of us speak French) and within 3 seconds he was like “French??” Smh that is crazy and interesting that it is distinguishable

My sister sounded like this when she was a baby. Thankfully, we’re not French.
